When will my order ship?

All frozen products will be sent 1-2 day priority to protect product quality.

Shelf stable sauces, typically arrive within 3-4 days.

All online orders are typically processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. To limit risk of weekend arrivals, all shipments are fulfilled Monday-Wednesday each week. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
How are frozen orders packed?

All frozen orders are packed in an insulated container with dry ice to protect freshness.
Do you have a return policy?
